To help accomplish this “mission impossible”, we’re seeking an inspired, value-aligned teammate
to serve as a Digital Content Coordinator. Your key focus will be the developing, creating, and executing engaging digital content across social media, web, and email platforms, while ensuing brand consistency and supporting key marketing initiatives determined by the Marketing Team.
Essential Duties:

Meet regularly with SmartSolve Marketing Manager to understand strategic direction, key initiatives, and company goals.

Develop and implement digital content and media strategies aligned with SmartSolve’s brand and marketing objectives

Create, curate, and publish engaging digital content for social media platforms, website, email campaigns, and other digital channels

Manage SmartSolve’s social media accounts, including content creation, scheduling, posting, and engagement

Maintain and update the company website with fresh, relevant, and on-brand content

Design and update digital and print materials using Adobe Creative Suite, including InDesign, Illustrator, and Photoshop

Optimize digital content using SEO best practices to improve visibility and engagement

Track competitor activity and digital marketing trends to inform content development

Create prototype designs and branded sample materials for potential prospects, including printed and formed pouch or packaging samples to support sales and marketing efforts

Film and edit video content, and capture on-site photography and video of company culture, events, and activities

Meet weekly, monthly, and quarterly content goals as assigned by the Marketing Manager outlined in the One Page Business Plan (OPBP)

All other responsibilities or projects as assigned by the Marketing Manager
Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:

Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, with strong experience in InDesign (required), Illustrator, and Photoshop

Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.

Familiarity with social media platforms and digital content best practices

Ability to organize and schedule one's work and the self-motivation to diligently perform it with little supervision.

Good computer skills, including knowledge of excel, word, and familiarity with CRM software.
Training and Experience:

Bachelor’s Degree in Visual Communication Technology, Graphic Design, or related visual media field required

Coursework, minor, or degree concentration in Marketing strongly valued

Experience managing social media platforms through an internship, academic projects, or related hands-on experience preferred
Physical Requirements:

Availability to work in the SmartSolve facility in Bowling Green, OH
