Role Overview
We’re hiring a full-time Digital Content & Social Media Manager to lead photo, video, editing, and social media strategy for all churchwide ministries, including Trailhead Coffee, missions, kids, students, groups, and community life.
Key Responsibilities
· Capture and edit high-quality photo and video content
· Create short-form video for social platforms (Reels, Shorts, Stories)
· Manage and schedule content across multiple social media accounts
· Support Sundays and special events through on-site content capture
· Collaborate with ministry leaders on storytelling opportunities
· Track analytics and demonstrate social media ROI and engagement growth
Required Qualifications
· Proven experience in photography, videography, and editing
· Strong social media management and content strategy experience
· Demonstrated ability to measure and communicate social media ROI
· Proficiency with editing tools (Adobe, Final Cut, or similar)
· Availability to work Sundays and special events
· Person of faith

Schedule
Full-time, on-site. Sunday-Thursday, plus special event availability required
