Salary Range: $41,600 –$62,400 (DOE), FLSA Non-Exempt (OT Eligible).

Here’s a deeper dive into your responsibilities:
  • Conceptualize, shoot, and edit short-form video content.
  • Create basic motion graphics, titles, and video overlays.
  • Develop, schedule, and post social media content incorporating captured video and photo assets.
  • Maintain and execute a weekly social media calendar.
  • Contribute to the planning and execution of social media campaigns in coordination with marketing staff.
  • Coordinate third-party video projects.
  • Perform additional tasks as requested.
What You Bring
  • Experience: Minimum 2+ years of hands-on video production, videography, and editing experience; social media content creation in a professional setting required; construction industry familiarity (especially jobsite storytelling) strongly preferred.
  • Education: High school diploma or GED required; relevant certifications or training in video production, digital media, Adobe tools, or related fields preferred (e.g., Adobe Certified Professional in Premiere Pro/After Effects).
  • Required Skills:
    • Creative video storytelling and content creation ability with a strong eye for engaging short-form formats.
    • Proficiency with Adobe Premiere Pro and After Effects for editing, motion graphics, titles, and overlays.
    • Strong knowledge of modern social media platforms (Instagram, LinkedIn, YouTube, TikTok, Facebook) and current content trends.
    • Excellent written communication skills with proven ability to write engaging, grammatically precise social copy.
    • Strong organizational and time management skills to handle scheduling, posting, and multiple projects in a fast-paced environment. · Willingness to travel frequently to jobsites, fabrication shops, and regional offices throughout the Pacific Northwest.
    • Ability to work independently and collaboratively with marketing team members and third-party vendors.
    • Proactive, self-motivated approach with attention to detail, brand consistency, and a safety-focused mindset.
    • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook); additional familiarity with social scheduling tools is a plus.
Physical Requirements
This position requires frequent travel to construction sites, fabrication shops, and industrial locations throughout the Pacific Northwest. The role involves standing, walking, bending, carrying video equipment (cameras, lighting, tripods, etc.) over uneven terrain, and working in various weather conditions. Candidates must have the ability to safely navigate active job sites, including climbing stairs/ladders and working at heights when necessary. Office-based work includes extended periods of sitting while editing at a computer workstation, with repetitive tasks such as typing, mouse use, and video editing. The role requires good manual dexterity, hand-eye coordination, and the ability to handle equipment and office tools weighing up to 30 pounds.
