Part-Time | In-Office Pittsburgh, PA

is looking for a highly creative Content Creator / Editor who lives at the intersection of storytelling, culture, editorial craft, production, and emerging technology.

This is not a traditional editing role.

We’re looking for someone obsessed with content. Someone who studies pacing, understands internet culture, experiments with AI tools before everyone else, and knows how to make work feel native to every platform without sacrificing cinematic quality.

You should be fluent in modern editorial techniques, social-first storytelling, short-form trends, camera operation, production workflows, and AI-powered creative tools. The ideal candidate understands how to create content that performs while still feeling elevated, intentional, and visually strong.

This is a part-time, in-office position working alongside our creative and production teams at our Pittsburgh studio.

What You’ll Do

• Edit high-performing social, branded, and commercial content
• Film social, branded, and behind-the-scenes content as needed
• Operate cameras, lighting, audio, and basic production equipment confidently
• Create platform-native content for TikTok, Instagram, YouTube, and emerging platforms
• Assist in developing fast-turn creative concepts and trend-driven executions
• Use AI tools and platforms to enhance workflows, ideation, editing, design, audio, scripting, and content optimization
• Collaborate with producers, creatives, editors, and motion designers
• Stay ahead of trends in social media, editing styles, creator culture, camera techniques, and AI-driven storytelling
• Help shape the visual and editorial tone of projects from rough cut through final delivery
• Pull selects, build assemblies, create cutdowns, versioning, captions, and social exports
• Contribute ideas that push projects creatively and strategically

Qualifications

• Strong editorial instincts and understanding of pacing, music, timing, and visual storytelling
• Working knowledge of cameras, lenses, lighting, and production workflows
• Ability to shoot high-quality content independently or alongside a crew
• Experience editing in Adobe Premiere Pro and/or DaVinci Resolve
• Understanding of current social media trends, creator formats, and digital storytelling
• Experience using AI platforms and creative tools is highly desired
• Familiarity with tools such as ChatGPT, Midjourney, Runway, Higgsfeld, Adobe Firefly, Descript, ElevenLabs, or similar platforms is a major plus
• Motion graphics experience is a plus
• Strong organizational and communication skills
• Ability to move quickly while maintaining high creative standards
• Self-motivated, collaborative, and creatively curious
