Social Media Designer

Giantly is a fast-growing digital agency working with businesses across the UK and globally. We manage social media, run paid ads, and build websites for ambitious brands. We're looking for a Social Media Content Designer who lives and breathes Instagram, TikTok, and LinkedIn — someone who knows what performs, not just what looks good.

What you'll be doing:

• Designing scroll-stopping content for Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn and Facebook — reels covers, carousels, stories, ad creatives
• Editing short-form video content for Reels and TikTok using CapCut or Premiere
• Creating content for multiple client brands simultaneously, adapting your style per brand
• Scheduling and publishing content via tools like Buffer or Later
• Staying on top of platform trends, formats, and what's actually working right now

What we're looking for:

• Minimum 3 years designing social media content — agency experience preferred
• Strong portfolio showing Instagram/TikTok work — reels, carousels, stories, ad creatives
• Proficient in Canva Pro, Adobe Photoshop, and CapCut or Premiere
• Understands platform specs, aspect ratios, and what each platform rewards
• Fast turnaround, organised, comfortable managing multiple brands at once
• Good written English — you'll write captions too

• Portfolio showing only logos, brochures, or print work
• No short-form video or reels experience
• No understanding of social media platforms beyond aesthetics
