BECOME THE MONELLE VERMONT DIGITAL CONTENT CREATOR!

We are seeking a creative and motivated Digital Content Creator to support the development of engaging digital content and strengthen our online presence. This role is ideal for someone who is passionate about social media, enjoys creating short-form video content, and understands how to connect with audiences through current trends and platform strategy. The ideal candidate is highly organized, collaborative, and excited to contribute fresh ideas in a fast-paced small business environment.

Responsibilities

• Create engaging Instagram Reels and social content for our boutique
• Shoot and edit short-form video content in-store and during events
• Capture product features, styling inspiration, behind-the-scenes moments, and new arrivals
• Stay current on Instagram trends, audio, and algorithm updates
• Brainstorm creative content ideas that align with our brand aesthetic
• Assist with content planning and posting schedules
• Help increase engagement, reach, and overall social media growth
• Occasionally appear on camera or direct others during content shoots

Qualifications

• Experience creating Instagram Reels and short-form video content
• Strong understanding of Instagram algorithms, trends, and engagement strategies
• Proficiency with video editing apps such as Edits, CapCut, InShot, Canva, or similar platforms
• Creative eye for fashion, styling, and visual storytelling
• Self-motivated, organized, and comfortable working independently
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, small business environment
• Photography and graphic design skills are a plus

• Internship position with flexible scheduling
• Opportunity for hands-on creative experience within a growing boutique brand
• Great fit for students or recent graduates interested in social media marketing, fashion, content creation, or digital branding
• Seeking 10-15 hours/week. Combination of in-store shooting/editing and off-site editing/planning.
