Digital Content Creator

Overview
The Content Creator will lead our social media efforts and drive revenue growth across our digital channels. This role will focus on planning, executing, and optimizing multi-channel marketing strategies to acquire, engage, and retain customers through digital platforms.

You’ll work closely with cross-functional teams including Sales, Product, Creative, and Analytics to create impactful campaigns that align with business goals and elevate the customer experience.

DUTIES

• Develop and execute comprehensive digital marketing strategies and content to drive traffic, conversions, and revenue growth on our e-commerce platforms.

• Be up to date on current advertising trends

• Develop launch strategies, and marketing content tailored to the online audience.

• Drive initiatives to ensure the successful rollout of new products and campaigns on the website.

• Optimize performance marketing tactics (SEM, display, paid social, retargeting, affiliate, etc.) based on KPIs like ROAS, CAC, and LTV.

• Partner with creative teams to develop compelling campaign assets that enhance user engagement.

• Stay ahead of digital marketing trends and emerging e-commerce technologies.

• Ensure a seamless connection between the DTC website, social media, email marketing, and other digital channels.

• Manage partnerships with external vendors, agencies, and developers as needed.

• Cultivate a culture of ownership, proactiveness, and result-driven performance.
• Other duties as assigned

QUALIFICATIONS

• Expertise in, UX/UI, and digital marketing best practices.

• Knowledge of apparel industry, specifically swimwear preferred

• Strong understanding of performance metrics and data analysis.

• Excellent project management and communication skills.

• Creative mindset with a passion for digital innovation and testing new ideas.

• Strong communication and collaboration skills across all organizational levels.

PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS

Specific vision abilities required by this job include close vision, distance vision. Office environment – a controlled atmosphere or Factory environment – a non-controlled atmosphere, moderate noise levels.

This job operates in a professional office environment. This role routinely uses standard office equipment such as computers, copiers and phones.

Pay: $70,000.00 - $78,000.00 per year

Experience:

• apparel/swimwear industry: 1 year (Preferred)
• UX/UI & Digital Marketing: 1 year (Required)
• performance metrics & analytics: 1 year (Preferred)
