We’re a boutique Boston real estate brokerage built for producers: independent agents, shared platform. We move fast, creating ground-breaking listing collateral and invest heavily in video, design, and client experience.
The Role
You’ll own listing launches and produce 10+/- short videos/week (listings + agent brand). We are on the cutting-edge of our market & expected to push the boundaries of what’s been done before. We embrace AI, but proactively add our own tone and always ensure accuracy. Your position will be integral in the promotional and marketing aspects of our business.

The ideal candidate will have a passion for storytelling, strong technical skills, and the ability to create engaging content tailored to a variety of platforms. - Boston’s your playground. You won’t be “stuck in an office” every day. You’ll spend field days filming in Boston’s most iconic neighborhoods and in houses that you could only dream about otherwise.
Your Key Responsibilities:
- Listing Launches: Work with our marketing team to coordinate marketing vendors (photos, renderings, virtual staging, etc), write copy, produce listing video & social media, design webpage, send emails, and push across our site/social.
- Video Production: Plan/shoot/edit; craft hooks, captions, on-screen text; repurpose horizontal content into vertical shorts.
- Scale up to Social Ownership: Manage calendar, post across channels; maintain & evolve brand voice & cadence.
- SOP & Workflow Management: Document and update guidelines related to gear, filming processes, and publishing workflows to maintain structure and efficiency.
- Content Library & Asset Organization: Maintain a clear system for storing both raw and edited content, across hard drives and cloud storage.
- Templates & Assets: Utilize Canva templates to ramp up listings and develop agent material while maintaining thumbnail styles across campaigns.
- AI Integrations: Use ChatGPT/CapCut to script, caption, summarize, and repurpose. Use AutoReel to produce photo generated b-roll to fill the gaps in filming.
- Light Agent Marketing: Assemble custom campaigns, mailers and newsletters to support agent initiatives; coordinate sends with agents.
- Reporting: Weekly dashboard on launches, reach, saves/shares, inquiries, and what we’re testing next. Present at weekly sales meetings to agents/teams.
- Vendor Coordination: Schedule photographers, floor plans, staging and video shoots (gimbal, mic, lights).
- Agent enablement: coach agents for optimal on-camera presence, hooks, and simple self-shooting.
What Success Looks Like:
- 100% of listings launched with full checklist of needs within 48-72 hours from "GO"
- Consistent quality across video output (with retention/finish rates trending up).
- 5–7 posts/week across Columbus & Over channels; ownership ~90–100% of posting by Day 60–90.
- Deliver additional content to 50% of agents weekly.
- Monthly email blast from 50% of agents sent.
- Clean, weekly report on content performance + next experiments for Rachel and Jeff
Ready to Apply? What We’re Looking For:
- Video Portfolio (please send links).
- On-set comfort: framing, gimbal, basic lighting & audio; ability to direct talent.
- Strong editing chops (FinalCut, Premiere or CapCut); basic color/sound; thumbnail/text timing.
- Copy instincts (hooks, captions, subject lines) and a bias to ship.
- Organization: checklists, calendars, and clean files so launches don’t slip.
- Nice-to-have: real-estate experience, drone experience
Interview Process:
- ROUND ONE: Interviews (60 min) with Rachel + founder + one agent.
- ROUND TWO: Paid work sample ($150–$250):
- Shadow a Shoot and capture content
- Edit a 60–90s video from your clips.
- Send content & context (include caption & why this video would be a strong addition to the launch)

Work Location: In office with frequent field days across Boston neighborhoods; occasional evenings/weekends for shoots or launches.
