Digital Content Creator (Onsite – Kids STEM Center)

STEM Castle is looking for a creative, confident, and reliable Content Creator to help tell our story through engaging photo and video content.

This role focuses on capturing and directing real moments - kids learning, building, coding, creating, and interacting - and helping us create content that feels authentic, modern, and shareable.

About the Role

You will be onsite during classes (every Saturday 10am-1pm) to capture high-quality photos and videos, guide simple interviews, and help shape content ideas based on current social media trends. While editing and montage creation are not required, you’ll play an important role in how content is framed and captured.

Responsibilities

• Capture photos and videos during classes and activities
• Direct short, natural interviews with kids and parents
• Capture short- and long-form clips suitable for social media and website use
• Suggest content ideas based on current viral trends and formats
• Organize and deliver raw content to the STEM Castle team
• Follow all student privacy and media guidelines
• Coordinate with instructors and staff to capture meaningful moments

Qualifications

• Experience creating photo/video content (personal, freelance, or professional)
• Awareness of current Instagram, TikTok, and YouTube trends
• Comfortable interacting with kids and parents
• Confident communication and a friendly, professional presence
• Reliable, punctual, and detail-oriented
