Digital Content Creator (Social Media & Video)

We are an Ed-Tech company that provides learning opportunities for students worldwide through online projects. We also produce high-level webinars for teachers and Principals and are looking for a creative Digital Content Creator to lead our social media presence.

This is not just a "design" job—you will be the bridge between our international experts and our audience. Your primary goal will be to "architect" content by extracting high-value insights from our webinars and projects and turning them into professional, scroll-stopping videos and graphics for LinkedIn, Instagram, and Facebook.

Key Responsibilities

Project/Webinar Repurposing: Watch long-form webinar and project recordings (60 mins) to identify "gold nugget" insights and transform them into short clips.

Platform-Specific Editing: Create professional, thought-leadership clips for LinkedIn (Targeting School Principals).

o Create fast-paced, practical teaching tips for Instagram/Facebook (Targeting Teachers).

o Produce "Highlight" reels for YouTube.

Technical Polishing: Add accurate subtitles, "Lower Third" graphics (speaker names), and clean up audio from screen recordings.

Graphic Design: Design high-quality announcement posters, carousels, and LinkedIn banners that maintain a premium, international academic aesthetic.

Management: Schedule posts and ensure brand consistency across all digital channels.

What We’re Looking For

Experience: 1–2 years in digital content creation, video editing, or social media management.

English Proficiency: Excellent English comprehension is essential to follow discussions by foreign experts and provide accurate on-screen captions.

Technical Skills: Proficiency in Adobe Premiere Pro (or similar) and Photoshop/Illustrator.

o Experience with AI tools for audio cleaning and automated captioning is a plus.

o Some experience of Canva and CapCut.

Editorial Eye: The ability to understand educational content and pick out the most impactful parts for the audience.
