Location: Near Driving License Office, Korangi, KarachiSalary: Rs. 120,000–140,000/month (based on experience and skill set)Shifts: 11 AM – 8 PM Days: Monday to FridayOffs: Alternate Saturdays

Job Overview:We are looking for a highly creative, responsible, and AI-driven Social Media Manager who understands both storytelling and strategy. This role requires someone who can blend human creativity with AI tools to plan, create, optimize, and scale content across platforms while maintaining strong brand ethics and performance accountability.The ideal candidate is proactive, presentable, data-aware, and deeply familiar with how AI can enhance content ideation, execution, and analysis — without compromising originality or brand voice.

Key Responsibilities:·

· Own and manage the brand’s social media presence across platforms

· Plan, create, and publish high-quality content (static, reels, stories, captions, AI-assisted creatives)· Develop monthly content calendars and campaign roadmaps

· Use AI tools for content ideation, captioning, trend analysis, optimization, and reporting

· Build and execute platform-specific strategies aligned with business objectives

· Plan and manage digital campaigns, launches, and brand moments

· Collaborate closely with designers, video editors, and marketing teams

· Monitor performance metrics and optimize content based on insights

· Ensure responsible, ethical, and brand-safe use of AI in content creation

· Stay updated with platform updates, algorithm changes, and emerging AI tools

Skills & Qualifications:

· Proven experience as a Social Media Manager or similar role

· Strong communication skills (written and verbal)· Highly creative with a strong sense of trends, aesthetics, and storytelling

· Hands-on experience with AI tools for content and strategy (e.g., AI writing, analytics, ideation tools)

· Strategic thinker with campaign planning experience

· Strong understanding of social media analytics and performance metrics

· Presentable, confident, and professional attitude

· Ability to multitask, meet deadlines, and work independently· Responsible approach toward brand reputation and digital ethics
