Role Overview

We are a small, design-driven sustainable brand looking for a Content Designer who can own the visual identity of our digital platforms. This role is design-first and suited to someone with a strong aesthetic sense who enjoys creating clean, premium, minimal content.

You will work closely with the founder and social media executive to translate ideas into compelling visual stories across Instagram, Meta Ads, LinkedIn, and the Founder’s public Instagram page.

Key Responsibilities

Design static posts, carousels, stories, and reel covers for Instagram

Create creatives for Meta Ads (static, carousel, short videos)

Maintain a consistent visual language across platforms

Create homepage banners and digital assets for the website

Design templates for LinkedIn posts and brand announcements

Design product catalogues

Edit short-form videos for Reels and ads

Assist in basic motion graphics where required

Founder-Led Content

Design content for the Founder’s public Instagram page

Create quote cards, storytelling carousels, and lifestyle visuals

Ensure the founder’s page aligns with the brand aesthetic

Planning & Consistency

Work with the social media executive to build and follow monthly content calendars

Ensure content is on-brand, polished, and premium

Skills & Requirements

2-3 years experience in content / social media design

Strong understanding of layout, typography, colour, and composition

Proficiency in Adobe Suite, Figma, Canva

Basic video editing skills (Premiere Pro / CapCut / similar)

Prior experience designing for Instagram and Meta Ads (mandatory)

Familiarity with AI tools

Nice to Have

Experience with D2C, lifestyle, or fashion brands

Understanding of performance creatives

Basic motion or animation skills

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From ₹32,000.00 per month
