Job Summary

We are looking for a creative, strategic, and results-driven Digital Content Executive to lead and manage the brand’s social media presence. This role involves content strategy, team coordination, campaign execution, and performance analysis to drive engagement, traffic, and online sales.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and execute monthly social media content calendars
• Manage and grow brand presence on Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, Pinterest, and other platforms
• Lead social media campaigns, product launches, and seasonal promotions
• Coordinate with creative, photography, video, and design teams
• Write and review captions, ad copies, and community responses
• Monitor comments, DMs, and customer interactions (in coordination with CS team)
• Track performance metrics (reach, engagement, CTR, conversions)
• Analyze trends, competitors, and platform updates
• Manage influencer collaborations and content partnerships
• Ensure brand tone, aesthetics, and consistency across platforms
• Train and guide junior social media executives or interns
• Prepare weekly and monthly performance reports

Required Skills & Competencies

• Strong understanding of social media algorithms and trends
• Excellent copywriting and content storytelling skills
• Experience with reels, short-form video, and fashion content
• Basic knowledge of paid social campaigns (Meta/TikTok ads)
• Analytical mindset with performance tracking
• Leadership and team coordination skills
• Creative eye for fashion, styling, and branding

Qualifications & Experience

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Media, Fashion, or related field (preferred)
• 3–5 years of social media experience (fashion/e-commerce preferred)
• Proven portfolio of managed brand accounts

Tools & Platforms (Preferred)

• Meta Business Suite
• TikTok Business
• Canva, Adobe (Photoshop/Premiere)
• Social media scheduling tools (Hootsuite, Buffer, Later, etc.)
