Job Purpose
To conceptualize, design, and deliver creative, strategic, and engaging digital content that supports the organization’s learning, internal communication, and external branding objectives across multiple digital platforms.
Functional Roles and Responsibilities

Design and develop multimedia content, including eLearning modules, videos, animations, and digital communication assets.

Create interactive and engaging visuals for use across web, mobile, and social media platforms.

Manage multiple design projects from concept through execution, ensuring delivery within agreed timelines and quality standards.

Maintain, update, and optimize SCORM-compliant learning materials on the Learning Management System (LMS).

Design and produce content for corporate campaigns, internal communication initiatives, and organizational events.

Support website and digital platform content updates to maintain consistency and relevance.

Collaborate with internal stakeholders to gather feedback and enhance design effectiveness.
Qualifications and Education
Bachelor’s degree in
Multimedia Design, Graphic Design, Digital Media, Visual Communication, or a related field
.
Relevant certifications in
eLearning design, instructional design, or digital content creation
will be an advantage.
Technical Skills and Competencies

Proficiency in
Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, After Effects, Premiere Pro)
or equivalent design software.

Knowledge of
SCORM standards
