About the Role

We’re looking for a Part- Time Content Intern to help us grow our presence on Instagram and TikTok through thoughtful, strategic, and consistent content.

This role begins as a 8-week structured trial internship with a clear path to a paid hourly role once performance expectations are met.

You’ll work closely with the founder and product manager, gaining real startup experience and meaningful ownership over content and growth initiatives.

Trial Internship Details

• Duration: 8 weeks
• Time Commitment: 5–6 hours per week
• Location: Fully remote

This trial is designed to be fair, transparent, and outcome-driven — you’ll know exactly what success looks like.

What You’ll Do

• Edit short-form video content for Instagram & TikTok
• Identify emerging trends and content opportunities
• Use AI tools (ChatGPT, CapCut, etc.) to:
• brainstorm hooks
• optimize captions
• streamline workflows
• Schedule and post content consistently
• Track engagement and performance
• Bring new content ideas weekly
• Collaborate directly with the founder and product manager

Performance Expectations (KPIs)

At the end of the 8-week trial, performance will be evaluated based on:

Execution (Required)

• 1 posts per day on tiktok/ instagram
• 2-3 story’s a day
• High-quality editing aligned with brand voice
• On-time delivery without reminders

Growth & Engagement (Signals)

• Increased engagement (saves, shares, comments,follows)
• At least one post outperforming previous baseline
• Signs of audience traction or reach improvement

Strategy & Initiative

• Proactive idea generation and trend awareness
• Thoughtful use of AI tools to improve efficiency
• Clear understanding of brand tone and audience

Communication & Trust

• Reliable communication
• Receptive to feedback
• Ability to post with minimal oversight
• Minimum 1x a week 30min meeting to discuss progress

Path to Paid Role

At the conclusion of the trial:

• If expectations are met, we’ll discuss transitioning into a paid hourly role
• Compensation and hours will scale based on performance and business needs

This role is intentionally designed to convert to paid once value is demonstrated.
