You ensure our organization stands out clearly, consistently, and with impact on every digital channel. Now you’re seeking a role where your work directly shapes how members engage and perceive us. At Arizona REALTORS®, you won’t just “manage content.” You’ll lead the strategy and execution of email, social media, video, and digital campaigns that connect members to the association's value.
This hands-on, visible role lets you directly drive engagement statewide. Collaborate across teams, build integrated campaigns, and bring ideas to life through digital storytelling while shaping Arizona REALTORS®' online presence.
What You’ll Actually Do

The Non-Negotiables (What We Need from You)
We’re not looking for a unicorn. We’re looking for someone who’s solid at these things.
✓ 3+ years of experience in social media management, digital content creation, or multi-channel marketing
✓ Strong writing, editing, and storytelling skills with an eye for brand voice and consistency
✓ Proficiency in tools like Canva, email marketing platforms, and social media management systems
✓ Experience with video editing and publishing for digital platforms such as social media and YouTube
✓ Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple campaigns, deadlines, and priorities at once
✓ Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to collaborate across departments and leadership levels
✓ Discretion, professionalism, and sound judgment when representing the organization publicly.
