Job Title: Digital Content & Marketing Manager
Location: ACE Office Location/Remote Eligible (USA)

Status: Regular Full-Time, Salaried (Exempt)
Schedule/Hours: Full-time, 40 hours/week. Typical work hours between 9:00am to 5:00pm local standard time, (Monday - Friday, expected to be on during ACE Core Business hours of 12:00 pm - 5:00 pm EST to accommodate business needs in all US time zones) with some adjustment expected to accommodate specific projects and program needs. Some evening and weekend hours may be occasionally required.

Position Summary:
Reporting to the Senior Director of Marketing and Communications (SDMC), the Digital Content & Marketing Manager will drive ACE's public engagement on our social media platforms (TikTok, Facebook, Instagram, YouTube, and LinkedIn) and support marketing and outreach activities as part of ACE’s national marketing strategy. A successful candidate will build relationships with diverse online communities of people interested in learning more about conservation work, prospective partners and market ACE through all social media accounts. This role plays an integral part of ACE’s overall external communications strategy and creating compelling content including imagery and videos. Additionally, the candidate will use marketing strategies that align with ACE’s core values.

Compensation (Grade 3): Annualized salary $55,000 - $60,000 (assuming 40 hours/week 52 weeks/year), depending on experience.
NOTE - The budgeted salary range is $55,000-$60,000 and is firm - thank you for your understanding.

Holidays, Vacation, and Sick Time: As an ACE staff member, you will be eligible to accrue up to 80 hours of paid vacation time annually during your first two years of continuous employment, then it increases to 120 hours annually. ACE observes 13 paid annual holidays (floating holiday flexibility). Additionally, ACE provides 10 days (or 80 hours) of paid sick time annually and up to 40 hours annually of paid time for volunteer work for regular employees after 6-months of employment.
