Digital/Content & Marketing Specialist
Role Summary: W Kumaran’s We are looking to hire a Digital & Marketing Specialist to create a digital presence and execute campaigns that generate and nurture qualified leads.
Key Responsibilities
Create and publish case studies, solution briefs, whitepapers, and marketing visuals (working with delivery SMEs for accuracy).
Manage website updates and product/service pages (content refresh, basic UX/content structuring).
Own LinkedIn execution: organic calendar, post creation, community engagement, and paid campaign support.
Support SEO basics (content SEO, keyword alignment, on-page improvements) and track performance.
Publish monthly reports on traffic, engagement, MQLs, and campaign performance.
Experience / Skills:
4–8 years in B2B digital marketing, preferably in IT services/technology (BFS exposure is a plus).
Strong content writing ability with an executive tone; comfortable producing assets end-to-end.
Hands-on with LinkedIn, basic SEO, and analytics (Google Analytics/LinkedIn insights)
Familiarity with Zoho CRM is a plus. Zoho preferred; HubSpot/Salesforce acceptable.
Knowledge and Marketing of AI-based solutions is a plus
High ownership, speed, and attention to detail (able to work with minimal supervision).
Willing to work in EST Timezone (Work from home opportunity with occasional presence in the office based in the requirement)
Qualification:
Any Graduate / Post Graduate with Marketing as a specialization.
