Digital Content & Performance Executive

We are partnering with a fast-growing consumer-facing organisation to hire a Digital Marketing Executive who lives and breathes content, storytelling and digital engagement.

This role sits at the heart of the marketing function and is ideal for someone who enjoys turning ideas into impactful digital content, managing social channels end to end, and working closely with creative and commercial teams across multiple markets.

Agency-side experience is absolutely welcome.

Location: Dubai

Budget: AED 13,000-15,000

Responsibilities:

Social & Content

• Plan, create and publish engaging content across LinkedIn, Instagram and TikTok
• Own the content calendar and ensure consistent, on-brand storytelling
• Monitor engagement and optimise content based on performance

Campaigns & Creative

• Support the execution of digital campaigns for brand and corporate initiatives
• Work with creative and media partners to deliver campaigns smoothly and on time
• Bring fresh ideas and formats to improve reach and engagement

Web & Digital Platforms

• Keep websites up to date with relevant content and improvements
• Support the development of digital assets that can be used across markets

Insights & Collaboration

• Track digital performance and share clear, actionable insights
• Work closely with internal stakeholders to support wider marketing initiatives
• Manage agency deliverables related to content, creative and digital activity

Requirements:

• 2 to 3 years’ experience in digital marketing or content roles
• Background in FMCG, retail, consumer brands or agency environments is ideal
• Hands-on experience with platforms such as Meta tools, Google Analytics, Canva and CRM or marketing platforms
• Strong content instincts with the ability to balance creativity and data
• Organised, proactive and comfortable managing multiple projects
