WHAT YOU'LL DO

• Watch and evaluate assigned video content on digital platforms according to provided guidelines
• Rate content for relevance, quality, accuracy, and alignment with platform standards
• Meet daily review targets and maintain consistency across assigned tasks
• Participate in brief team calibration sessions to ensure quality alignment
• Communicate any unclear cases to your team lead for guidance

WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR

• Minimum age 18 years — students currently enrolled & living in Gulshan-e-Iqbal or Gulistan-e-Johor are encouraged to apply
• Those who are comfortable working in Night Shift (10:00 PM - 06:00 AM)
• Basic English reading and comprehension skills
• Comfortable using a computer, browser, and online tools for extended periods
• Strong attention to detail and ability to follow structured guidelines consistently
• Reliable, punctual, and able to maintain focus during shift hours
• No prior experience required — full training is provided on-site

NICE TO HAVE

• Familiarity with video platforms and online content consumption habits
• Understanding of basic content quality standards or community guidelines
• Strong internet literacy and awareness of trending digital content formats

COMPENSATION

• Monthly Base Salary: 20,000 PKR - 30,000 PKR (with allowance)
• Pay Type: Monthly
• Pay Review: Based of Performance
• Compensation is commensurate with experience.
• Allowance details are discussed during the interview.
• Salary range reflects starting pay; strong performers are eligible for review within the first 3–6 months.
