DIGITAL CONTENT SPECIALIST

Jasco is looking for a Digital Content Specialist to be responsible for helping the Web Content Coordinator update and manage the website content for byjasco.com and all brand websites, including new product listings, multimedia and other customer facing digital content. Responsible for maintaining and updating Jasco's digital content administration software ensuring all pictures, videos and presentations are updated and organized for employees to easily access.

Resposible for leading Jasco’s text marketing efforts by planning and executing monthly text marketing campaigns and growing our SMS subscriber audience with inbound marketing tactics.

• Create, produce and maintain the platform responsible for hosting all digital marketing assets such as pictures, videos and presentations.
• Responsible for uploading and updating all product listings to Jasco’s website and microsites. Add new product listings to byjasco.com other Jasco websites as needed and ensure listings are optimized with best-in-class content and best practices for SEO.
• Implement price changes and handling pricing requests to maintain strategic pricing online.
• Help with the creation of website landing pages and optimizing featured products on home pages across all web properties.
• Help implement sale and promotional pricing to byjasco.com and othersites with direction from the Digital Marketing Manager in accordance with the promotional calendar.
• Help maintain and produce content on byjasco.com and all website properties to ensure consistency, accuracy and achieve optimal online sales and customer experience.
• Create, produce and maintain support content for consumer’s including the online resource library, videos, corporate pages, deals pages, wholesale resources, and other product marketing materials or online support resources.
• Assist Web Coordinator with other administrative tasks on website.

Bachelor’s degree in marketing communications, web design, journalism or other related communications field is preferred. A minimum of 2 years’ experience in website content management, SEO optimization, Adobe Creative Suite and other creative software is required.

• Proficient with Microsoft Office and Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, Flash).
• Ability to operate Apple Macintosh computers, Microsoft Operating Systems.
• Technical and graphic design skills.
• Ability to solve problems creatively, manage multiple projects simultaneously, work with software providers and other Team Members.
• Experience with content administration and project management preferred
• Experience in SEO, Google Analytics and Google Tag Manager preferred
• Experience with web content management systems for e-commerce preferred
• Excellent written, oral and multimedia communication skills with a keen attention to detail
• Understanding of content marketing and SEO best practices
• Knowledge of basic HTML preferred
• Must be able to work in a fast-paced and sometimes stressful environment.
