Digital Content Video Creator

Overview

IO Digital is looking for a dynamic and skilled Video Content Creator to join our team. This individual will think creatively, lead digital shoots, and develop engaging video content to amplify brand visibility and storytelling for clients. The ideal candidate will be comfortable handling both mobile and professional camera setups, travelling as needed, and working collaboratively with internal and external stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities

• Think, shoot, and edit reels and short videos for brands using both mobile devices and professional cameras.
• Lead digital content shoots and create end-to-end video content independently.
• Produce content for various channels, including social media posts, brand reels, and influencer campaigns, maintaining brand consistency and best practices.
• Develop live video content for social media platforms, ensuring real-time engagement and high-quality output.
• Manage, gather, record, and maintain all data for all kinds of shoots for clients, leading data transfers to teams and directing final products by editing data as required or with the help of editing teams while ensuring timelines are met.
• Act as clients’ primary point of contact regarding social content creation and performance updates.
• Build strong client relationships, providing innovative content recommendations and campaign ideas.
• Incorporate client feedback to refine content strategies and deliverables.
  
  

Required Qualifications

• Minimum Bachelors in Media and Film or related discipline.
• Proven experience in shooting and editing video content (mobile and professional camera).
• Ability to create impactful end-to-end content independently.
• Expertise in live video production for social media platforms.
• Strong collaboration and communication skills for client interactions and teamwork.
• Agile and adaptable to travel across Karachi and other cities for content production.
