Bachelor’s degree or Master’s degree in Business Administration, Economics, Statistics or Engineering

1-3 years of experience in CRM and Campaign Management

Experience managing CRM campaigns across email, SMS, and push notifications (EVAM is a plus)

Proficiency in MS Office programs

Experience in digital products and fintech ecosystem is a plus

Strong problem solving, analytic, and decision making skills

Able to interpret data and trends, diagnose problems

Good at communication and coordination, team-work, highly motivated, multi-task and result oriented personality

Proficiency in English to feel comfortable in working in a multinational environment
THIS IS YOUR ONE DAY AT WORK. HOW DOES IT SOUND?

Develop and execute CRM campaigns to drive retention and (re)activation

Design and implement SMS, push notification, and email campaigns to achieve business objectives

Leverage real-time customer data to deliver personalized offers, dynamic promotions, and triggered campaigns, reaching the right users at the right time

Follow-up digital products trends and technologies in the market

Collaborate with product, marketing and operation teams to design omnichannel engagement strategies

Inline with the Company goals, understanding customer expectations to design best offers

Design and implement automated lifecycle journeys, including onboarding flows, retention programs and churn prevention sequences

Analyze campaign results and consumer behavior to optimize performance and improve future campaigns
