Digital Dental Designer (Exocad)

Our state-of-the-art dental laboratory is seeking a high-level Exocad Designer to lead our digital restorative department. We are looking for a precision-oriented professional who can handle everything from simple posterior crowns to complex, full-arch implant rehabilitations.

The ideal candidate has a deep understanding of dental morphology and the ability to work independently in exocad’s Expert Mode.

Key Responsibilities:

• Full-Contour Design: Design anatomical crowns, bridges, veneers, inlays/onlays, and nightguards.
• Implant Restorations: Design custom abutments, screw-retained crowns, and implant bars.
• Complex Cases: Execute All-on-4 / All-on-X digital wax-ups and conversions.
• Surgical Guides: (If applicable) Use exoplan to design prosthetically-driven surgical guides.
• Nesting & Production: Manage the hand-off to CAM software (hyperDENT, MillBox) for 5-axis milling and 3D printing (Carbon, Formlabs).
• Communication: Collaborate with clinical doctors on case design and troubleshooting scan issues.

Required Qualifications:

• Software Mastery: 3+ years of professional experience using exocad (Rijeka, Galway, or Elea versions).
• Education: CDT (Certified Dental Technician) preferred, or a Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Dental Technology (International DDS/BDS candidates are encouraged to apply).
• Anatomy: Expert-level knowledge of dental morphology, occlusion, and functional bite schemes.
• Technical: Experience with open-architecture workflows and STL/PLY file management.

• Materials Knowledge: In the interview, ask them to explain the design difference between a layered Zirconia bridge and a monolithic one. A true expert will talk about "cut-back" techniques and "minimum thickness" requirements for FDA compliance.

Pay: Rs80,000.00 - Rs150,000.00 per month
