Requirements:
- 1+ years of relevant experience.
- Hands-on experience building and customizing Squarespace sites.
- Practical experience with Mailchimp (templates, lists, and campaigns).
- Strong visual design skills using Illustrator, Figma, and Canva.
- Solid understanding of Figma animations and user flows.
- Good copywriting skills for short ad copy and email subject lines.
- Reliable remote working habits with clear and regular status updates.
- Experience working with arts or theatre organizations (preferred).

Basic understanding of digital ads, including sizes, formats, and simple A/B testing concepts.
- Build and customize Squarespace sites based on artist-supplied designs.
- Design visually appealing, on-brand email campaigns in Mailchimp.
- Create ad creatives and write short-form copy for digital campaigns.
- Produce graphics and layouts using Illustrator, Figma, and Canva.
- Work independently, meet deadlines, and provide proactive progress updates.
