Integrated Campaigns and Content Team is looking for a highly skilled freelance Senior Graphic Designer to help drive content marketing design across digital channels. This is a hands-on role for a strong visual storyteller who can bring sharp creative instincts, cross-channel fluency, and a thoughtful design process to our fast-paced marketing engine.

The ideal candidate has experience delivering cohesive, multi-channel campaigns in fast-paced environments, collaborating with designers, stakeholders, project managers, and senior leaders-often under tight deadlines.

Responsibilities:

• Design high-impact seasonal campaign and evergreen marketing assets across the digital ecosystem: homepage, email, paid ads, paid/organic social, and more.
• Translate creative strategy and business goals into compelling, brand-forward visuals.
• Collaborate closely with art directors, copywriters, and strategists to bring storytelling to life.
• Evolve and maintain scalable design systems and templates that support consistency across channels.
• Bring a refined eye to photography, typography and layout ensuring all creative feels elevated and on-brand.
• Stay attuned to performance feedback, creative testing, and emerging channel trends.
• Balance high-quality execution with speed and adaptability in a fast-moving environment.
• Present work clearly and confidently, with a strong point of view and openness to feedback.
• Website design (no print work).

Digital assets including:

• Email banners
• Homepage banners
• Small content blocks
• Execute designs based on existing concepts/direction.

Qualifications:

• 5+ years of graphic design experience, ideally in digital marketing, editorial, or e-commerce.
• A portfolio showcasing clean, elevated design and strategic thinking across multiple channels.
• Experience in systems design and AI-driven tools, with a forward-thinking approach to how tech can scale creativity and streamline design processes.
• Strong grasp of visual storytelling and brand systems, with the ability to work within and push established guidelines.
• Deep understanding of how to optimize creative for each platform (email hierarchy, paid performance, social formats, etc.)
• Excellent time management and communication skills-you can juggle deadlines and keep stakeholders aligned.
• A collaborative mindset and low-ego approach-you thrive in team settings and welcome feedback as part of the process.
• Proficiency in Figma (our primary design tool); Adobe Creative Suite a plus.
• Interest or experience in the home, interiors, or lifestyle space a plus.
