Travel + Leisure Co. is searching for a Digital Designer who thrives in transforming complex ideas into clear, compelling visual experiences. As part of the Digital Marketing & Growth team, this role supports the world’s leading membership and leisure travel company, as well as other travel brands within our multi-billion-dollar global portfolio.

The Digital Designer plays an essential role throughout the entire creative process—from ideation to execution and delivery. You’ll collaborate with cross-functional teams to build full-scale digital campaigns across email, web, paid media, and social platforms, using a mix of static and motion design elements (including animated GIFs and landing pages).

This role requires strong visual skills, creative thinking, and excellent communication to clearly articulate design rationale to teammates and stakeholders. You’ll need to stay organized, flexible, and proactive in a fast-paced environment, ready to balance high volumes of work, shifting priorities, and evolving project needs. This is a hybrid role in office Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday and remote Thursday, Friday.

What You'll Bring:

• Bachelor’s degree in Multimedia Design, Digital Media or related degree, or appropriate amount of professional experience.
• 3-5+ years of relevant experience in digital design.
• Proficient in design tools with a strong ability to create visually engaging digital assets that drive engagement and conversions. Able to identify opportunities to enhance consistency and user experience across the digital ecosystem.
• Applies UX principles to improve usability and ensure intuitive, effective digital interactions.
• Demonstrated ability to manage multiple design projects from concept to completion, delivering high-quality work on time.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills to effectively partner with cross-functional teams including marketing, copy, web, paid media, analytics, and development.
• Uses performance metrics and audience insights to inform and refine creative strategies.
• Familiar with digital marketing ecosystems (email, social, web, paid media) and how to tailor creative to each.
• Collaborates with marketing and analytics teams to design A/B and multivariate creative tests across channels (email, social, web), optimizing assets based on click-through, engagement, and conversion rates.
• Keeps up with current design trends, tools, and technologies to ensure work remains fresh and forward-thinking.
• Understands compliance standards such as ADA accessibility and copyright laws as they relate to digital content.
• Thrives in fast-paced environments, able to adapt to shifting priorities and provide creative solutions with limited direction.
• Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, After Effects, Premiere Pro), Figma, and other visual design tools.
• Capable of creating motion graphics and video edits using software like After Effects, Premiere Pro, and Creatopy.
• Skilled in designing for multiple devices and screen sizes, ensuring mobile-first and cross-platform consistency.
• Strong grasp of layout, type, and color to create visually compelling, brand-aligned assets.
• Experienced in organizing and maintaining visual assets across campaigns and platforms. Familiar with HTML/CSS and web design principles to support collaboration with developers and ensure feasible solutions.
• Prior experience within travel & hospitality a plus
• Knowledge of marketing, all forms of advertising, and digital experiences
• A strong portfolio showcasing a diverse range of digital design work

Experience equivalent to the education requirement may be accepted in lieu of the education requirement.
