Digital Designer

Position Overview

We are seeking a highly capable and detail-oriented Web & Multimedia Designer to join our organization. The incumbent will be responsible for supporting the company’s digital initiatives through web design, front-end development, graphic and poster creation, video editing, and basic WordPress management. This position requires a creative professional with strong technical aptitude and the ability to contribute to multiple digital media projects. Candidates from any educational background are encouraged to apply. Proficiency in Java will be considered an added advantage.

Experience

• 0–3 years of experience in web design, multimedia creation, or related fields.
• Fresh graduates with demonstrable skills are encouraged to apply.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain visually compelling and user-centric website designs aligned with the organization’s brand guidelines.
• Execute front-end development tasks using HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and related technologies to ensure responsive and optimized web experiences.
• Manage basic WordPress functions, including theme customization, content updates, and website configuration.
• Design high-quality posters, digital creatives, and other visual communication materials to support marketing and branding initiatives.
• Edit and produce video content for corporate, promotional, and social media purposes, ensuring adherence to quality standards.
• Collaborate with internal teams to understand requirements and deliver design solutions that support business objectives.
• Manage multiple assignments simultaneously while maintaining accuracy, consistency, and timely delivery.

Required Competencies

• Proficiency in web design tools such as Adobe XD, Figma, or equivalent applications.
• Strong working knowledge of HTML, CSS, and basic JavaScript.
• Hands-on experience with basic WordPress operations and content management.
• Expertise in graphic design tools such as Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, or Canva.
• Competence in video editing using Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, DaVinci Resolve, or similar software
• Strong attention to detail, creative thinking, and problem-solving abilities.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.

Preferred Qualifications

• Knowledge of Java (considered an added advantage).
• Understanding of UI/UX principles and best practices.
• Experience in basic motion graphics or animation is desirable.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From ₹20,000.00 per month
