Digital Designer

Looking for a Digital Designer to lead visual storytelling across Sinch's marketing initiatives. This role goes beyond execution, the resource will work closely with Product Marketing, Demand Generation, and leadership teams to translate complex products and narratives into clear, compelling, and high-impact creative assets. You will play a critical role in shaping how the Sinch brand shows up across digital campaigns, product launches, events, partner marketing, and sales enablement.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Own and evolve the visual identity across Sinch's product portfolio and all marketing touchpoints, ensuring strong alignment with brand guidelines while collaborating closely with Product Marketing, Brand, Product Management, and leadership teams.
  • Translate business and product narratives into strong, effective visual stories that resonate with target audiences.

  • Lead the design and development of marketing creatives including ad campaigns, case studies, sales decks, social media assets, webinars, and video content-turning campaign briefs into impactful, on-brand visual concepts.

  • Design high-impact assets for digital channels such as paid media, social, landing pages, email campaigns, and YouTube.

  • Conceptualize and present creative proposals (ideas, visual directions, and scenarios) to align stakeholders on the intended creative outcome.

  • Maintain high creative standards and visual consistency across channels while adapting designs for different formats, platforms, and audiences.

  • Create and scale brand-aligned templates, icons, social graphics, and campaign visuals to support fast-moving marketing teams.

Skills & Experience

  • Must have 5 to 8 years of relevant work experience into Digital Designing
  • Strong foundation in layout principles, typography, color theory, and visual hierarchy.
  • Hands-on experience with motion graphics, transitions, kinetic typography, and simple animations.
  • Proficiency in design and video creation tools such as Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, Premiere Pro, After Effects, along with social video tools like Canva Pro, CapCut, or similar.
  • Familiarity with website and design tools such as Figma, and exposure to Webflow, WordPress, or CMS-driven environments; experience collaborating with analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics) is a plus.
  • Must have good understanding of relevant AI tools

Good to Have

  • Experience working with scalable design systems in Figma.
  • Exposure to B2B, SaaS, or enterprise technology brands.

  • Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
  • Strong interpersonal skills to build relationships. Must be confident and assertive.
  • Good collaboration skills to effectively manage internal and external stakeholders.
  • Ability to remain calm under pressure.
