Seeking a Digital Designer, Social & Content with a passion for digital storytelling and a deep understanding of how to create scroll-stopping, high-performing content across social and digital platforms. This role blends technical design mastery with creative vision, turning strategy into compelling visuals that inspire, engage, and drive results.
You’ll work closely with our Head of Marketing & Social Content to craft assets that not only look beautiful, but also perform — pushing our visual identity forward while staying rooted in the brand identity.
Essential Duties & Responsibilities

Content Development: Design and produce high-quality static, motion, and animated GIF assets for primarily social and other marketing channels.

Motion Graphics & Video: Create dynamic motion graphics, type animation, and short-form video content optimized for each platform.

Photo & Video Retouching: Perform ad hoc editing, retouching, and color correction to maintain brand accuracy, product integrity, and visual consistency.

Trend Application: Research, interpret, and integrate emerging social trends, pop culture references, and platform-specific visual languages into our creative output.

Cross-Platform Adaptation: Adapt creative concepts into multiple formats and aspect ratios to ensure they perform across Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, Pinterest, and beyond.

Hands-On Production: Capture content using iPhone or DSLR for quick-turn needs, ensuring professional quality and alignment with brand standards.

Creative Collaboration: Partner with our strategy manager to ensure visuals align with campaign messaging and marketing objectives.

File & Asset Management: Maintain organized working files, templates, and asset libraries for efficient workflows.
Education & Experience

4+ years of digital design experience, preferably in personal care, beauty, or CPG industries.

Experience in brand-side or agency environments with a proven ability to work in fast-paced, deadline-driven settings.

Strong portfolio showcasing expertise in social-first graphic content, motion design, and integrated digital campaigns.

Expert-level skills in Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign, Premiere Pro, After Effects) and working knowledge of other creative tools such as Figma or Canva.

Proven ability in type animation, video editing, and creating platform-optimized motion content.

Demonstrated command of typography, color theory, layout, and overall visual design principles.
