Digital Engagement Advisor – Real-Time Customer Engagement - Bahraini Nationals


A scaling, consumer-facing services platform with international demand is strengthening its real-time digital engagement function from Bahrain. As a Digital Engagement Advisor, you’ll be the first point of contact for incoming enquiries, responsible for fast, accurate responses that turn interest into qualified leads and confirmed bookings.


This role is built around speed, judgement, and written communication. Open to Bahraini nationals only.


The Role:

This is a frontline role focused on live chat and digital channels. You’ll manage inbound conversations in real time, qualify intent, and either convert directly or route enquiries efficiently for follow-up.


It’s a role that blends human judgement with AI-assisted tools. You’ll work within clear workflows and scripts while knowing when to step in to maintain quality, clarity, and tone.


Chat here is not a support function. It is a core conversion channel.


What You’ll Be Doing:

• Handling incoming enquiries via live chat and digital messaging channels.

• Responding instantly to questions around availability, pricing, locations, and next steps.

• Maintaining a friendly, professional, and customer-first written tone.

• Qualifying enquiries based on intent, urgency, and readiness.

• Capturing accurate information and routing qualified leads seamlessly.

• Converting high-intent chats directly into bookings where appropriate.

• Working alongside AI-assisted chat tools to maintain speed and handle volume.

• Identifying when human intervention is required and acting quickly.

• Providing feedback to improve prompts, scripts, and chat workflows.

• Maintaining accurate records of chat interactions and outcomes.


What You’ll Need to Succeed:

• 1–3 years’ experience in live chat, customer support, or digital sales roles.

• Excellent written communication skills.

• Ability to multitask and respond quickly under pressure.

• Comfort working with chat platforms, CRMs, and AI-assisted systems.

• Strong attention to detail and process discipline.

• International exposure is preferred.

• Background in services, marketplaces, travel, or hospitality is a plus.
