Digital Engagement Coordinator
, supporting the execution of digital and omnichannel initiatives for the
Turkish pharmaceutical market
.
In this role, you will help enhance
HCP engagement
by coordinating digital campaigns, content, and platforms in close collaboration with marketing, sales, and external agencies.
The role is based in
Istanbul
and is offered as a
permanent contract
.
Tasks & Responsibilities

Own day‑to‑day execution of digital channel and content activities across existing and emerging channels (e.g., websites, email, Adobe Campaign, remote engagement) to support brands and therapeutic areas.

Coordinate end‑to‑end digital campaigns and content deployment (web/email/remote engagement), including tagging/measurement and KPI reporting, in collaboration with brand teams, sales, medical, and agencies.

Drive operational excellence across content projects and platforms; serve as OPU Process Owner for Adobe Campaign (governance, reliable operations, continuous improvement).

Ensure customer‑centric execution and compliant content lifecycle: manage materials/systems in line with MLR, local regulations, and data privacy/consent; support training/change adoption as needed.

Digital/IT partners (CRM/Veeva, web, analytics) and external agencies/vendors
Requirements
-
Bachelor’s degree in marketing, business administration, communications, or a related field.

1-3 years of experience in digital marketing/engagement and/or digital transformation (campaign execution, platforms, content, training/change management). Pharma/healthcare experience is a plus; other regulated industries are welcome.

Hands‑on experience executing digital campaigns across web/email/CRM/remote engagement (Adobe Campaign preferred); familiarity with DAM/content authoring tools and agency collaboration.

Analytical and detail‑oriented; able to define/track KPIs and tagging needs and create clear summaries (Excel/PowerPoint; Adobe Analytics/Dynamic Tag Management is a plus).

Strong project and stakeholder management skills; able to work independently, prioritize, and communicate effectively with cross‑functional teams.

Understanding of MLR processes and regulatory considerations; strong compliance mindset (promotional review, data privacy/consent).

Fluency in Turkish and a good command of English.
