Digital Engineer

Job Description

Job Summary:

We are looking for a passionate and self-driven Digital Design Engineer to join our hardware design team. This is an excellent opportunity for a New College Graduate (NCG) or an engineer with up to 3 years of experience to grow and contribute to the development of cutting-edge digital systems, including [ASICs/SoCs/FPGAs]. You will work under the guidance of senior engineers and be involved in all aspects of digital design and verification.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop RTL designs using Verilog, SystemVerilog, or VHDL
• Understand and interpret system-level specifications and convert them into digital design blocks
• Perform simulation and functional verification of RTL modules
• Assist in synthesis, timing analysis, and FPGA implementation (as applicable)
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams (architecture, verification, and physical design)
• Document design architecture, specifications, and validation plans

Preferred Skills (Nice to Have, but Not Mandatory):

• Knowledge of SystemVerilog and UVM
• Familiarity with ASIC/FPGA design flows
• Understanding of bus protocols like AXI, AHB, or APB
• Experience with scripting (Python, TCL, Shell)
• Hands-on project or internship involving FPGA/ASIC design

Qualifications

Basic Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Electronics or Electrical Engineering
• Solid understanding of digital logic design principles
• Familiarity with RTL coding (Verilog or VHDL)
• Exposure to simulation tools (e.g., ModelSim)
• Strong analytical and debugging skills
• Good written and verbal communication
