Digital Executive – Project Management & Data Acquisition

About the Role:

We are seeking a motivated and creative Digital Executive to join our Growth Curve team. This role combines project management, web development, and data acquisition responsibilities, ideal for a fresh graduate eager to start a career in digital operations, marketing, or business development.

You’ll work closely with the management team to help grow our client network, acquire and organize business data, and contribute creatively to ongoing digital initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in data acquisition — identifying, researching, and collecting information on potential leads, companies, and clients.
• Manage and update data in CRM systems (Microsoft Dynamics).
• Support project management activities to ensure timely and smooth execution of digital initiatives.
• Assist in web development tasks and contribute creative input to digital projects.
• Collaborate with teams to improve lead quality, streamline processes, and maintain data accuracy.
• Participate in online research and outreach activities to enhance business growth.

Requirements:

• Fresh graduate in Computer Science, Business, Marketing, or a related field.
• Strong understanding of web development basics (HTML/CSS or CMS experience is a plus).
• Interest in project management, data handling, and digital marketing.
• Basic knowledge of CRM tools (preferably Microsoft Dynamics).
• Excellent research, analytical, and communication skills.
• A creative mindset with attention to detail and problem-solving ability.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
