Position Summary

Credit One Bank is looking for a Digital Experience Associate II to join the Ancillary Card Programs Team to improve the performance of our programs through reporting and analytics, analyzing conversion rates, designing test and learn campaigns, and monitoring the marketplace.

Summary of Essential Job Functions

  • Monitor and enhance reporting for Ancillary Programs, such as Authorized User, Credit Protection, Credit Score, Merchant Offers, and Paperless.
  • Identify, design, and create new reporting to improve oversight of programs.
  • Analyze programs using data, customer insights, and process flows, to produce insights that can inform business strategy and identify areas to evolve or re-engineer.
  • Produce data files that are needed to investigate or rectify potential system issues.
  • Create and maintain forecasts and track performance against forecasts.
  • Assist with building business cases for new initiatives.

Position Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in business analytics or related field.
  • 4+ years of relevant work experience in a similar role in a professional corporate environment.
  • Proven track record of developing effective reports in Tableau, Adobe Analytics, and Power BI.
  • Strong SAS and SQL skills.
  • Proven ability to work with different departments to identify data solutions and implement them.
  • Proven track record of creating analyses with recommendations that were implemented with measurable results.
  • Experience creating process flows and procedures documents.
  • Proficient in Excel, Word, PowerPoint.
  • Strong communication skills – verbal and written.

Preferred (Not Required)

  • Consumer credit card industry experience.
  • Experience using Visio or Lucid Charts.
  • Experience using Python and/or Snowflake.
  • Lean and/or Six Sigma certification.
