Play a critical role in driving the user experience across all digital channels. Responsible for managing and overseeing four core functions within the Omnichannel team: Content production for digital channels / online communication, user experience and user interface, as well as copywriting across multiple applications and interfaces. Ensure that all teams are aligned to deliver exceptional digital experiences and drive engagement and support funnel improvement initiatives with creative and technical outputs. Work closely with senior stakeholders to set the strategic direction of the department, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver on key initiatives.
Accountabilities
User Experience & Interface:
- Lead the UX/UI team in defining and executing a user-centered design strategy that enhances digital engagement and conversion.
- Ensure websites, mobile apps, and digital channels are designed to meet Guest needs and expectations.
- Analyze user behavior regularly to optimize journeys and improve performance.
- Collaborate with Product Analytics and Product Management to apply insights for continuous improvement.
- Partner with trading, merchandising, and technology teams to enhance marketing and product performance.
- Manage UX/UI research budgets (agencies, tools, software) and track spend against forecasts.
- Drive data-driven initiatives that improve funnel performance and overall experience.
Content & Communication:
- Lead the content team to deliver a strategy that supports branding, product, and business objectives across Omnichannel and Omnihealth.
- Oversee creation of digital content (web, app, campaigns, social, email, push, in-app messages/inbox, etc.) based on inputs from Marketing and Commercial.
- Ensure content is high-quality, on-brand, bilingual (Arabic/English), and aligned with Guest needs.
- Guide personalization, targeting, promotions, and A/B testing to increase relevance and conversions.
- Monitor content and SEO performance, driving optimization initiatives.
- Oversee agency and software partners to ensure quality and timely delivery.
- Manage creative, UX, and content budgets with adherence to forecasts.
Team Management:
- Lead and develop a team of digital professionals with clear KPIs, SOPs, and performance targets.
- Ensure effective execution of department objectives and alignment with business goals.
- Build strong cross-functional relationships to enable collaborative delivery.
- Foster a positive, innovative, and creative team environment.

Job Requirements:
- Experience:
- 8+ years of experience in creative, content production for ecommerce and/or social media marketing
- 5+ years of exposure to UX/UI design, UX architecture in the digital field
- 3+ years of management experience leading cross-functional teams
- Strong understanding of ecommerce user experience, user interface design, user journeys in digital platforms and ecommerce
- Proven track record of developing and implementing successful conversion rate optimization strategies via enhancing the user experience on mobile applications
- Strong foundation in UX/UI design principles and best practices
