What you need to be great in this role:
- Minimum 1 yrs experience as a digital designer (social media) and passion for design and conception.
- Youll have a deep affinity with layout, typography and idea-generation.
- Experience with After effects and motion design is a must
- Attention to detail with the ability to work under own initiative.
- Confident in bringing your own innovative ideas and creativity to projects whilst working within a broad range of design guidelines across a variety of design collateral.
- Effectively organising and prioritising workloads to manage client delivery.
- Excellent Adobe CS skills.
- Understanding of design principles and an awareness of UX, UI and Responsive Design trends - it is ideal but not essential.
- Retouching experience and skills to mid-level .
- Expertise in beauty and BPC brands

Job description :
We are seeking an experienced Graphic Designer with expertise in both print and digital media to join our team. The ideal candidate should have 0-7 years of relevant work experience and possess a strong portfolio showcasing their creative skills and ability to deliver high-quality designs. As a Graphic Designer, you will be responsible for conceptualising and creating visually appealing designs for both print and digital platforms.
Responsibilities:
- Develop creative concepts and design solutions for various projects, including print collateral, marketing materials, digital assets, and online campaigns.
- Collaborate with the marketing and creative teams to understand project requirements and objectives.
- Create visually compelling designs that align with brand guidelines and effectively communicate the desired message.
- Design and layout print materials such as brochures, flyers, posters, banners, and packaging, ensuring visual consistency and print-ready files.
- Create digital assets, including website graphics, social media visuals, email newsletters, and digital ads, optimizing designs for different platforms.
- Ensure designs are visually engaging, user-friendly, and responsive across different devices and screen sizes.
- Work closely with the production team to review proofs, ensure accuracy, and make necessary revisions to deliver high-quality final output.
- Stay updated on industry trends, design best practices, and emerging technologies to bring fresh and innovative ideas to projects.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including copywriters, marketers, and developers, to ensure seamless integration of design elements.
- Manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines while maintaining high standards of quality and creativity.
Qualifications:
- Bachelors degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, or a related field.
- Proven 0-7 work experience as a Graphic Designer, with a portfolio showcasing a range of print and digital design projects.
- Proficient in design software such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) and other relevant design tools.
- Strong understanding of design principles, typography, color theory, and layout composition.
- Solid knowledge of print production processes, including pre-press setup and file preparation for different print formats.
- Experience designing for digital platforms, including websites, social media, email marketing, and digital advertising.
- Familiarity with user experience (UX) and user interface (UI) design principles is a plus.
- Excellent attention to detail, with the ability to deliver accurate and pixel-perfect designs.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to effectively present and explain design concepts to stakeholders.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team, managing priorities and meeting project deadlines.
