Job Purpose:

Design and amend artwork and marketing collaterals by transforming complex financial data into visually compelling
solutions in line with brand guidelines and regulatory standards, to enhance optimum reach of brand across diverse
audiences via multiple channels in line with the Marketing and Communications strategy and business plans. He / She
should have a passion for visual storytelling and a strong grasp of AI-powered design tools. This role is ideal for someone
who thrives between creativity and technology, and who elevates our brand through innovative data-informed design
solutions.

Key Accountabilities:

Policies, Systems, Processes & Procedures
▪ Follow all relevant Marketing and Communication departmental processes, policies, standard operating
procedures, and instructions so that work is conducted in a controlled and consistent manner.
▪ Demonstrate compliance with the organization’s values and ethics at all times to support the establishment of a
value-driven culture within the organization.
Visual Design Capabilities and Content Creation Skills
▪ Analyze and interpret marketing design briefs, developing design concepts and illustrations based on campaign
objectives to elevate ’s brand through innovative design concepts and solutions.
▪ Collaborate with internal stakeholders to conceptualize and develop creative design solutions that effectively
communicate key messages, product features, brand value propositions and support business objectives
▪ Create and propose informative and engaging infographics, presentations, and reports, simplifying complex
financial data into clear visuals, promoting effective communication, and understanding among diverse audiences
while adhering to brand and design guidelines.
▪ Apply user-centered design principles to create dynamic templates and user-friendly digital experiences, such as
website interfaces, landing pages, email templates, and interactive multimedia content.
▪ Create automated design systems using AI-assisted platforms. Stay current with design trends, AI innovations and
emerging technologies to continuously improve output.
▪ Design marketing materials and digital assets for diverse channels, including website homepages, landing pages,
email campaigns, website graphics, social media assets, and print materials to enhance a cohesive and impactful
brand presence.
▪ Assist in creating multimedia content, including videos, animations, and interactive presentations, to enhance
engagement and storytelling capabilities in marketing campaigns and communication materials.
▪ Validate and assure consistency and adherence to brand guidelines in all design materials, maintaining visual
coherence and brand identity across various channels and touchpoints, ensuring a cohesive and recognizable

visual representation for the group.
Project Management
▪ Collaborate with Marcom team to translate business requirements into compelling visual concepts, ensuring
brand alignment.
▪ Drive design quality by providing strategic feedback and ensuring all visual assets met departmental objectives.
▪ Act as a key facilitator for all design projects, streamlining communication and collaboration to meet project
objectives and deadlines efficiently.
▪ Manage multiple design projects simultaneously, delivering them on time.
Social Media and Digital Marketing Support
▪ Contribute to the design and refinement of engaging social media campaigns to build brand awareness, drive
website traffic, and foster audience engagement.
Research and Experience Analysis
▪ Remain up to date on current design trends and best practices within the financial services industry, integrating
innovative components into 's design strategies to ensure visually compelling communication that resonates
with the target audience.
▪ Optimize digital assets for cross-platform performance, including responsive design, accessibility, and SEO.
▪ Analyze industry trends and competitor activities to inform design decisions and enhance visual asset
effectiveness.
Stakeholder Engagement
▪ Build and maintain key stakeholder relationships to align design execution with organizational objectives.
▪ Partner with Marcomm team (social media, content creation, web development) to deliver cohesive visual assets
that drove marketing objectives.
▪ Implement data-driven design optimizations through A/B testing, collaborating with marketing teams to refine
layouts and messaging and significantly boost conversion rates.
Continuous Improvement
▪ Contribute to the identification of opportunities for continuous improvement and sustainability of systems,
processes and practices considering global standards, productivity improvement and cost reduction.
Risk and Business Continuity Management
▪ Conduct all activities in a safe and environmentally responsible manner in compliance with internal policies and
guidelines.

Minimum Qualifications & Experience:

Overall Experience:
▪ 4 to 5 years’ experience in the financial industry, within similar operations, preferably in a marketing or agency role,
with a strong portfolio demonstrating proficiency in creating visually compelling design assets. Must be bilingual in
English and Arabic.
Technical Skills:
AI design and generative platforms skills: Utilize AI tools (e.g., Adobe Firefly, Midjourney, Runway ML, DALL·E)
to enhance and accelerate the creative process.

Design Software: Mastery of design software like Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) and
Figma is essential. Understanding of UX/UI principles and web design best practices.
Animation Skills: Develop high-quality 2D and/or 3D animations for digital platforms, social media, and
multimedia campaigns. Knowledge of video editing and video animation software (After Effects, Premiere Pro,
DaVinci)
Visual Design Principles: Understanding core principles like composition, color theory, typography, and hierarchy
is crucial for creating effective visuals.

Web Design: Knowledge of HTML, CSS, and responsive design can be beneficial for creating web graphics and
user interfaces.
Educational and Professional Qualifications:
▪ Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Communication Design, or a related field.

Job Types: Full-time, Contract
Contract length: 12 months

Pay: AED22,000.00 - AED23,000.00 per month
