   Job Description:
  
- 
   Write creative briefs for the designer and video editor, work with them to bring the creatives to life.
  
- 
   Incharge of copywriting for short form, performance driven content, including ad image headlines, video scripts, and landing page texts.
  
- 
   Draft image concepts, and layout ideas for landing pages.
  
- 
   Define creative emotional and rational angles to test (e.g., fear of missing out, ease of use, testimonials, transformation, value-for-money, etc.).
  
- 
   Identify the mixture of diffrent materials for ads (UGC, testimonials, VO, stock footage, etc.) and work with the team to obtain them.
  
- 
   Work with the designer and video editor to produce content and materials.
  
- 
   Join weekly meeting with media buyers to review creative drafts, give clear feedback, and ensure final output is aligned with the concept and optimized for Media buying.
  
- 
   Constantly improve creatives based on performance and AB testing.
  
   Skills:
  
- 
   Strong understanding of performance marketing (Snapchat, IG, Tiktok, FB, Google, App store, etc.), able to cope with the performance metrics and creatively impacts results with content directing.
  
- 
   Strong copywriting skills for short form, performance driven content, including ad image headlines, video scripts, and landing page texts.
  
- 
   Visual storytelling intuition, understands what works visually in fast-scrolling feeds.
  
- 
   Understanding of color theory, layout, visual hierarchy, and ad creative best practices.
  
- 
   Basic understanding of creative tools (e.g. Photoshop, Illustrator, Premiere, CapCut, etc.)
  
- 
   Ability to make simple edits to visuals or video assets when needed is an advantage (not a primary responsibility).
  
- 
   Excellent coordination and feedback effectively, slowly optimizing the performance of all funnel
  
- 
   Familiarity with Meta, TikTok, snapchat, YouTube, etc. ad formats and best practices.
