The
Digital Growth Strategist
is responsible for developing and executing innovative strategies that drive user acquisition, engagement, and revenue growth across all digital channels. This role combines creativity with analytical expertise to identify opportunities, optimize performance, and scale digital marketing efforts.
The ideal candidate is a data-informed marketer who thrives on experimentation, understands the full customer journey, and can translate insights into actionable growth tactics.
Key Responsibilities
Strategy & Planning

Develop and lead comprehensive digital growth strategies that align with company objectives and KPIs.

Identify growth opportunities through customer insights, funnel analysis, and market trends.

Collaborate cross-functionally with content, product, and sales teams to ensure cohesive brand and user experiences.
Campaign Execution

Manage and optimize campaigns across paid, owned, and earned channels (e.g., Google, Meta, LinkedIn, email, SEO, content, partnerships).

Design and run A/B tests to improve conversion rates, retention, and lifetime value.

Partner with creative teams to craft compelling messaging and visuals that drive engagement.
Analytics & Optimization

Monitor key metrics across acquisition, activation, and retention funnels.

Leverage analytics tools (Google Analytics, Mixpanel, HubSpot, etc.) to measure and report campaign performance.

Present insights, growth trends, and actionable recommendations to leadership.
Innovation & Experimentation

Develop and manage a pipeline of growth experiments to test new channels, tactics, and technologies.

Stay ahead of emerging digital trends, tools, and platforms to continuously enhance performance.

Evaluate and integrate automation and personalization strategies for scalable growth.
Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or related field.

4–6 years of experience in digital marketing, growth strategy, or performance marketing roles.

Proven track record of driving measurable growth through digital channels.

Strong analytical skills with experience using data visualization and marketing analytics tools.

Hands-on experience with paid media platforms (Google Ads, Meta Ads, LinkedIn), CRM systems, and marketing automation tools.

Excellent communication and collaboration skills.

Creative, entrepreneurial mindset with a passion for testing and optimization.
Preferred Skills (Nice To Have)

Experience with A/B testing and CRO tools (Optimizely, VWO, Hotjar).

Familiarity with SQL, GA4, or data analysis platforms.
