Systems Limited is Looking Digital Insights Manager. Digital Insights Manager is responsible for leading the analyzing digital consumer conversations, digital behavior, digital channels performance along with other data sources and competitive activity within the FMC and NC categories.


This role will transform digital data into actionable insights on consumer motivations, perceptions, and trends supporting data-driven decision-making, innovation, and risk management across nicotine categories.


Responsibilities:

  • Monitor and analyze online conversations, searches, forums, and social media related to FMC and NC, focusing on Consumer drivers, perceptions, and sentiments.
  • Identify and interpret consumer motivations, behaviors, and attitudes across legal and illicit product segments
  • Monitor and benchmark competitor brands, campaigns, and product innovations to identify opportunities and risks
  • Develop and maintain dashboards and reports summarizing category performance, digital trends, and emerging insights for senior stakeholders
  • Synthesize insights from multiple digital sources (social listening, search analytics, discussion forums, etc.) to inform marketing and commercial strategies
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate insights into actionable recommendations
  • Ensure compliance with data privacy, ethical standards, and industry regulations in all digital monitoring and analytics activities


Knowledge, Skills & Experience:


  • Degree in Marketing, Business Analytics, Data Science, or related field
  • Minimum 5+ years’ experience in digital analytics, social listening, or consumer insight roles
  • Proven expertise with digital analytics and listening tools (e.g.,Talkwalker, Sprinklr, SimilarWeb, Power BI, etc.)
  • Strong analytical skills with ability to interpret complex data and generate clear, actionable insights
  • Strong understanding of digital consumer behavior for FMCG categories
  • Excellent storytelling and presentation skills to communicate insights effectively to non-technical audiences
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite; advance use of Excel, and experience with data visualization and automation preferred
