About this Position

As a Digital Engineer Intern, you will support Henkel’s digital transformation initiatives by contributing to the development, implementation, and optimization of digital engineering solutions. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams across Engineering, IT, Operations, and Data Analytics to enhance processes, improve system performance, and drive data-driven decision-making. This internship offers hands-on exposure to real-world digital engineering projects within a global industrial environment, enabling you to build practical skills while contributing to impactful business outcomes.

What you´ll do

What makes you a good fit

• Currently pursuing a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Engineering (Digital, Industrial, Electrical, Mechanical), Computer Science, Data Science, or a related field
• Basic knowledge of digital technologies such as automation systems, data analytics, cloud platforms, or IoT
  Programming or scripting experience (e.g., Python, SQL, MATLAB, or similar) is a plus
• Familiarity with engineering tools, databases, or data visualization software is an advantage
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Ability to work both independently and collaboratively within a team environment
• Good communication skills in English; additional languages are a plus
