Digital & IT Manager - Manufacturing

The Role
We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Digital & IT Manager to lead and enhance our technological landscape in the manufacturing company. Based in Jeddah, Saudi Arabia, this role requires a strategic thinker who can integrate digital solutions to drive operational excellence and innovation within our organization. Responsibilities: - Develop and implement IT strategies aligned with business objectives to support manufacturing processes. - Oversee the management and maintenance of IT infrastructure, including hardware, software, and networks. - Lead digital transformation initiatives to improve efficiency, productivity, and quality across manufacturing operations. - Manage and optimize manufacturing execution systems (MES), ERP systems, and other digital tools. - Ensure cybersecurity measures and compliance with data protection regulations are strictly followed. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify technology needs and deliver effective solutions. - Manage the IT budget, vendor relationships, and procurement of technology resources. - Lead, mentor, and develop the IT team to maintain high performance and innovation. - Monitor emerging technologies and recommend adoption when beneficial to the business.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Engineering, or related field; Master’s degree preferred. - Proven experience in managing IT and digital projects within the manufacturing industry. - Strong understanding of manufacturing processes and related IT systems such as ERP, MES, SCADA, etc. - Demonstrated leadership skills with the ability to manage and motivate a team. - Excellent problem-solving skills and strategic thinking. - Knowledge of cybersecurity principles and best practices. - Effective communication and interpersonal skills to interact with stakeholders at all levels. - Fluency in English - Willingness to work in Jeddah, Saudi Arabia, with an understanding of local business culture and regulations.
