Digital Lead Generation Manager (LinkedIn)

About the Role

We are seeking a highly experienced LinkedIn Strategy & Lead Generation Manager to take full ownership of our company and sales team LinkedIn presence.

This is not a basic social media position.
We are looking for a senior-level professional who understands LinkedIn branding, content systems, sales positioning, and lead generation at a strategic level.

Your mission will be to build, manage, and scale LinkedIn activity across the company and the entire sales team to support branding, authority positioning, and consistent lead generation.

Core Objectives

  • Build and manage a strong LinkedIn brand presence for the company
  • Strategically position the sales team as industry authorities
  • Develop structured content plans for daily activity
  • Generate inbound leads through organic LinkedIn strategies
  • Create a scalable LinkedIn activity system across multiple accounts

Key Responsibilities

  • Fully optimize and manage the company LinkedIn account
  • Set up and optimize LinkedIn profiles for all sales team members
  • Develop and implement a structured LinkedIn content strategy
  • Create posting guidelines and content frameworks
  • Train sales team members on daily LinkedIn engagement and content activity
  • Monitor performance metrics and lead generation outcomes
  • Develop outreach strategies (organic and strategic networking)
  • Maintain consistency, tone, and professional positioning across all accounts

Mandatory Requirements (Read Carefully)

  • Minimum 5 years of proven professional experience managing LinkedIn at a strategic level
  • Demonstrated experience in LinkedIn-based lead generation
  • Strong background in personal branding and sales positioning
  • Proven experience training teams on LinkedIn usage and content creation
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills
  • Must have an active, professional LinkedIn profile demonstrating your expertise
