The Digital Learning Engineer Intern will play a key role in transforming technical training materials into engaging digital courses on our Learning Management System (LMS). This role goes far beyond content upload—you’ll be diving deep into technical materials , building a strong understanding of engineering and software concepts in order to design effective and interactive learning experiences.

This is a unique opportunity that blends Learning & Development with Computer Science/Engineering exposure, giving the intern experience in both HR and technology-driven environments.

Responsibilities

  • Review and validate technical training content (cloud, automation, DevOps, data, etc.) to ensure accuracy and consistency.
  • Design learning flows, exercises, and course structures tailored for digital delivery.
  • Upload, organize, and maintain course materials and training content.
  • Collaborate with the People & Culture team to enhance the learner experience.
  • Propose creative ideas to make technical content more engaging and practical.
