We are currently looking for a Digital Manager to join our Nestlé Health Science team.

Location: İstanbul

Type of contract: Permanent

As a Digital Manager, you will have the following responsibilities;

  • Develop, lead, and execute the Nestlé Health Science Turkiye digital excellence roadmap, ensuring alignment with global digital strategies tailored to local market needs
  • Establish and implement global & local digital initiatives to enhance local market execution of digital excellence
  • Closely work with local & global marketing, medical affairs, regulatory teams to maximize business value by leveraging digital tools to foster cross-functional collaboration
  • Manage and oversee the digital budget (in Product Fixed Marketing Expense) to ensure the realization of aligned strategies
  • Understand the role of nutrition and nutritional therapies to create targeted strategies for Medical Nutrition, Consumer Care and Vitaflo businesses
  • Assess global tools and develop local solutions (such as apps and AI-generated tools, etc.) to provide differentiated digital solutions to marketing and medical teams, enhancing customer and consumer engagement
  • Manage all social media platforms and execute influencer marketing activities according to the scheduled annual plan
  • Lead the yearly planning and content creation for all platforms
  • Facilitate direct consumer interactions through real-time engagement (Customer Relationship Management, social media platforms, etc)
  • Propose and execute influencer projects
  • Manage and execute digital marketing activities for e-commerce channels to drive sales
  • Oversee Retail Digital Media (RDM) and digital campaigns in Direct to Consumer (DTC) and marketplaces, collaborating closely with the e-commerce manager and marketing team to align with marketing and sales channel strategies.
  • Generate insights from consumers and customers (especially Healthcare professionals), analyzing new data and customer/consumer/shopper trends via real-time data mining and develop differentiating projects accordingly.
  • Present monthly data analyses, including competitor analysis, and propose new strategic digital activities based on findings.
  • Lead stakeholder management with relevant third parties, including key partners, agencies, suppliers, and platforms

Which profile are we looking for?

  • Bachelor’s or Master degree
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in Digital and Social Marketing Expertise
  • Expertise in Search Engine Optimization (SEO), Search Engine Marketing (SEM), and Media Buying.
  • Experience with mobile applications and social media/influencer management
  • Experience with e-commerce channels and their marketing models
  • Proficient in website management and content creation
  • Proven track record of successful digital marketing projects
  • Ability to translate business needs into effective digital strategies
  • Strong analytical skills to respond to real-time trends and data
  • Strategic vision for digital brand development with a demonstrated history of success
  • Excellent technical and functional knowledge of digital and social platforms
  • Strong project management and relationship management skills, with the ability to lead cross-functional teams
  • Experience conducting social listening using tools such as Radian, Google Trends, and Google Analytics
  • Fluent in English
