Manager, Ecommerce Marketplace Onboarding and Operations
The Manager will report to the Ecommerce Director and be responsible for supporting the seller onboarding and operations of marketplace sellers. Primary responsibility is to drive seller support and deliver a strong seller experience.
Primary Responsibilities:
- Oversee the seller onboarding experience, continuously refining processes to support sellers during onboarding and the ongoing introduction of their assortments to JCPenney’s marketplace
- Onboard sellers’ catalogues on the platform
- Train sellers on using the back-office and financial/payments processes
- Be a primary point of contact for sellers in case of functional issues
- Collaborate with cross functional teams to address seller feedback, challenges and demands in order to improve the overall experience of JCPenney’s marketplace
- Create and communicate actionable insights to Ecommerce leadership on key onboarding KPIs
- Provide training and coaching to team members on improving processes and seller communications
- Manage offshore marketplace onboarding and seller support team members
Core Competencies & Accomplishments:
- 5+ years of experience
- Ability to lead medium tasks/projects/efforts with medium scope and complexity and heavy collaboration with cross-functional teams, both business and tech
- Ability to evaluate and offer innovative solutions
- Comfortable with ambiguity and establishing processes
- Works independently with minimal supervision
- Drives ownership and management for assigned tasks
Pay Range
USD $85,000.00 - USD $130,250.00 /Yr.
