Digital Markeing & LeadGeneration Specialist

Overview:

We are a growing digital marketing agency looking for a results-driven Digital Marketing & Lead Generation Specialist to help promote our brand, generate quality leads, and support business growth.

This role is ideal for someone who understands how to build visibility, attract the right audience, and turn marketing efforts into real opportunities. The ideal candidate should have strong experience in social media marketing, Meta Ads, and lead generation, along with excellent English communication skills and a conversational, confident style.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and execute marketing strategies to promote our agency and services
• Manage and grow our presence across social media platforms
• Plan, launch, and optimize Meta ad campaigns for brand awareness and lead generation
• Create and manage lead generation campaigns to attract potential clientsIdentify new opportunities to generate inbound and outbound leadsWrite engaging marketing copy, ad copy, captions, and campaign messages
• Communicate with leads professionally and confidently in English.
• Track campaign performance and improve results based on data
• Work closely with the team to align marketing efforts with business goals
• Stay updated on digital marketing trends, platform updates, and best practices

Requirements:

• Proven experience in digital marketing, preferably in an agency environment
• Strong knowledge of social media marketing
• Hands-on experience with Meta Ads Manager
• Experience in lead generation and building marketing funnels
• Strong spoken and written English communication skills
• Confident, conversational, and professional communication style
• Ability to create marketing ideas that bring attention and results
• Analytical mindset with the ability to track and improve performance
• Self-motivated, organized, and able to work independently

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience working with digital marketing or creative agencies
• Understanding of branding, audience targeting, and customer acquisition
• Familiarity with CRM tools, automation tools, or landing pages
• Experience in generating leads for service-based businesses
