As we continue to grow and serve our community, we are looking for a passionate and creative Digital Marketer to strengthen our online presence and engage with our loyal customer base.

Job Responsibilities:

Plan and execute digital marketing strategies to increase brand awareness and customer engagement.

Manage social media accounts (Instagram, Facebook, etc.) with regular, high-quality content related to food, promotions, events, etc.

Monitor and respond to customer feedback and inquiries on social platforms and Google reviews.

Run targeted ad campaigns (Google Ads, Facebook/Instagram Ads) to attract local customers.

Collaborate with the team to promote seasonal menus, offers, and events.

Use SEO techniques to improve website visibility (if applicable).

Track and analyze campaign performance using analytics tools (Google Analytics, Meta Insights, etc.).

Capture or coordinate photography and video content showcasing food and ambiance.

Stay updated on digital trends relevant to the F&B industry.

Requirements:

1–2 years of hands-on experience in digital marketing.

Strong understanding of social media platforms and digital advertising.

Basic graphic design skills (Canva, Photoshop, etc.) are a plus.

Photography/videography skills are an added advantage.

Good communication skills in English and Malayalam.

Passion for food and creativity in content creation.

Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.

Preferred Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree/diploma in Marketing, Mass Communication, or a related field.

Prior experience working with restaurants, cafes, or F&B brands is desirable.
