We are looking for a passionate and result-driven Digital Marketer to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for running effective marketing campaigns, managing social media platforms, generating new leads, and handling our CRM tools efficiently.

Key Responsibilities:

• Plan, execute, and manage digital marketing campaigns across various channels (Google Ads, Facebook, Instagram, etc.).
• Create, curate, and manage content for social media platforms to increase brand awareness and engagement.
• Generate quality leads through digital strategies including paid ads, email campaigns, and landing page optimization.
• Manage and update customer information using CRM tools (e.g., Zoho, HubSpot, etc.).
• Analyze campaign performance and provide insights and recommendations for improvement.
• Stay up to date with the latest digital marketing trends and tools.
• Coordinate with the design and content team to ensure cohesive brand messaging.

Requirements:

• Proven experience (2–3 years) in digital marketing or a similar role.
• Hands-on experience in running paid campaigns on Google, Facebook, and Instagram.
• Strong knowledge of social media management, content scheduling tools (e.g., Buffer, Hootsuite), and analytics.
• Familiarity with CRM systems and lead nurturing workflows.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.
• Candidates must be located within 10 km of Thirumangalam, Chennai.

Preferred Skills:

• Google Ads & Meta Ads certification (optional but preferred).
• Basic knowledge of SEO and email marketing.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects.
